Dylan Wilkinson – Director of Baseball Recruiting

A Fairfax High School graduate and 2019 Virginia All-State selection, Dylan Wilkinson led the state in hitting his senior year before going on to play Division I baseball at UMBC and Longwood University. In 2025, he signed his first professional baseball contract.

Dylan’s recruiting journey was far from straightforward. He wasn’t heavily recruited and had to take matters into his own hands—sending countless emails, making phone calls, and pursuing every opportunity to find the right fit. That firsthand experience gives him a deep understanding of the stress, uncertainty, and determination that student-athletes and families face during the recruiting process.

Now a dedicated baseball instructor and showcase-level coach, Dylan brings that same drive and empathy to the athletes he works with. He has a genuine passion for helping others reach their goals—both on the field and in life—and takes pride in guiding players through one of the most important decisions of their athletic journey with honesty, encouragement, and experience.
