Greg Crawford believes every story has the power to inspire—and he’s built NOVA Productions Media to do exactly that. As CEO and Executive Producer, Greg leads a team focused on creating meaningful, authentic storytelling through documentary film and media production. 

NOVA’s current feature project, One Last Ride, captures the heart and grit of youth baseball, following the Stars Crawford 14U team through their final season together. Beyond film, NOVA helps high school athletes share their own stories through personalized recruiting videos, social media branding, and communication coaching—giving them the tools to connect with college coaches and programs nationwide. 

Before founding NOVA, Greg spent 14 years working in the federal government, leading initiatives focused on communication, leadership, and community engagement. During that time, he also served as Associate Producer of The Road Home (2022), a documentary exploring recidivism and second chances, and produced multiple live, three-hour television broadcasts for KSPS Public Television in Spokane, WA. His published articles on justice reform and supervision laws further reflect his commitment to telling stories that drive understanding and change. 

A lifelong mentor and youth baseball coach, Greg brings the same focus and integrity to his creative work—using storytelling to motivate, educate, and make an impact.
